When I first moved to San Diego, my good friend from high school, Amanda, showed me the Instagram account of a friend she went to college with that also lived in San Diego. She thought maybe we could be friends. I was instantly curious about this girl that appeared to be a real life mermaid (those that know Kelsey, know exactly what I’m talking about) and knew I needed to befriend her!
So I’m new to San Diego and trying to build up my business in this new state. I wanted to do a photoshoot with a super rad couple that would completely fit my style. I thought of this Instagram mermaid girl and decided to reach out to Kelsey and ask if her and her boyfriend would be willing to do a photoshoot with me. We did, it was amazing and our friendship was born! Fast forward FOUR years and I’m now shooting their WEDDING DAY!

Kelsey and Zach were married at Ethereal Open Air Resort in beautiful southern California. Ethereal is a super cool lush venue with endless photo opportunities that we took full advantage of.
Kelsey and Zach are an amazing couple. They’re completely in love, always having fun and up for anything. I know their marriage will be filled with endless adventures and an insane amount of love!
