hi! I'm joelle.

I'm the girl who will sit and flip through a photo album or scroll photos any chance she gets... Looking to relive sweet memories just one more time.

That's what I want for you too. We all wish for a time machine and while I'm still working on making one of those, the next best thing is photography.

the experience

Before all my shoots, no matter how big or small I always say a prayer. I ask God to open my eyes to the beauty in front of me. I pray I’ll capture photos that not only make me proud but most importantly, I pray that I’ll take photos that mean something to my clients. That I’ll notice a little gesture or capture a raw moment that will make someone’s heart do a little flutter. I pray for inspiration. I pray that I capture a feeling and not just a photo.

Joelle is one of those people you meet and instantly want to be her best friend. She exudes friendliness, joy, and PASSION. She LOVES what she does. She will giggle when she has an image she likes, she is just so real.

Joelle has such a great touch with handling kids. She was somehow able to capture the best of each of their little personalities in a way that I will cherish forever. She’s authentic, fun, and her sessions feel like you’re hanging out with your best friend. Even my husband, who hates taking family photos, walked away from the experience saying saying that her session was the first time he was able to relax and enjoy himself.
